I called after submitting my resumé online, and asked for the manager. After inquiring about the job position, the manager then pulled up my resumé and asked me a few general questions like if I was willing to travel for the job, if I had prior photography experience. She then set up an interview. Overall the experience was very nice and the manager was very easy to communicate with. However, the position simply didn't pay enough for the distance, and having to travel at my own expense for the job.

I was called in for an interview at first then there were a series of tests that I had to have in order to work there. I still was not hired until all of the tests were cleared. Then there were more company tests I had to do and then I got the position.
