At first they ask you on how you’re doing and then they want more behavioral questions scenarios where you definitely need to answer them. Just make sure that you are honest and believe in yourself.

I saw an add for a company that was hiring lifeguards, and faxed in my application. They called a few days later and asked me to go in for an interview. There was one other person there being interviews as well. They asked the typical questions - why do you want to work for us, what are your strengths and weaknesses - and at the end of the interview they offered me a job on the spot.
