LifeSource Natural Foods interview questions

Received phone call inquiring on interview availability and asked if I was flexible with desired hourly salary and willing to take a 20% income DECREASE. They advertised position for $14-21 per hour but clearly only want to pay $14-15 per hour and are trying to bait experienced people into interviewing with the hope they will take less. So much for transparency and living wage ethos. What a joke.
