The interview process was smooth. They were using an agency to help fill the role, so it included a Recruiter Screen, a virtual interview with the COO/CEO, and then an in person panel style interview. The in person interview was interesting since there were about 10 leaders who all participated in the interview, which can be a little overwhelming. However, they were pretty easy to interact with despite the group size and asked reasonable questions. Overall it was a straight forward process.
