They reached out to me about 2 weeks after I applied, to schedule an initial phone interview. A few days later, I had a one on one interview session with 3-4 team members which took like 2 hours. After that, they wanted me to come in for a final round to meet some more people. We scheduled the interview, I made the proper arrangements to be there asap and then I got an email around 5 pm the day before the interview that they had to cancel my meeting because of some supposed changes they were making. My only issue with this was how they waited until the very last minute to inform me and I could've used a heads up beforehand.
