LifeLoop interview questions

I recently applied for a position with Lifeloop and was asked to complete an assessment as part of the hiring process. Despite taking the time to complete the assessment, I never heard back from the company. Adding to my frustration, I’ve noticed this position has been posted repeatedly on LinkedIn, which suggests either high turnover or poor hiring practices. For a company that isn’t widely recognized, this level of communication and professionalism is disappointing. A simple follow-up, even if to inform candidates they weren’t selected, would go a long way in building credibility and respect. I hope Lifeloop considers improving their candidate communication process in the future.

The experience was quite horrible. Initially, I had to complete an assessment before even getting a chance to speak with someone. After completing it, I finally met with one of the hiring managers, but the scheduled 30-minute call wasn't deemed sufficient time, so another meeting was required. This lack of consideration for my time as a candidate was frustrating. Surprisingly, the interview itself went well, but the offered pay range of 50-65k for the position was far below expectations. Despite the interviewer expressing optimism about moving forward and promising to be in touch within a week, I never heard back. Even after reaching out for an update, there was complete silence. Being ghosted after investing time and effort into the process was incredibly disappointing.
