Unfortunately the negative reviews of sudden ghosting are true - the initial process is timely and moves quickly, with a prompt phone screening and schedule in of second interview thereafter, but I was told I would hear back in the same week for a third interview, and did not hear anything. When I followed up, it was still complete silence. I know that ghosting is common in the job market these days, but in later rounds of interviews, it definitely lacks the closure that people deserve after several interviews.
