Responded in a timely manner, interview was a quick face to face. They asked if I was familiar with CPR. A couple situational questions were asked where I had to respond according to each situational issue.
2 interviews, great people. But takes a while to hear back from them. I thought it was pretty straightforward, just memorize the mission statement because they will ask you about it. Come prepared.
Asked me questions about my experience and how it would be beneficial for them to have, needed to have the right requirements like Red Cross certification as well as some experience. I then got referred to an interview with the general manager.
