Interview
There was two interviews, and they were extremely hard, and I had to. Memorize a mission statement. They asked me to describe times in my life that I had to deal with specific emotions.

What's a time in your life something unexpected happened and how did you deal with that?
Easy, ask you question about kids safety. Super nice managers but does not care of when can you work. Told them my avablitily took them a month to scheduled me
Easy. It was more like a conversation about my experience and how I would handle situations with behavior and if a child did not want to come in or if they were having a hard time
Very easy but two rounds one with department and one with General Manager but both have behavioral questions and mostly assess your personality and traits. Don’t need any preparation just know your past experiences
