Applied online and was asked to do an interview virtually with the manager of the unit. Received an offer at the end of the interview. Mainly asked scenario/ behavioral questions and about my past experience with children.

Interview
The interview consisted of 3 rounds, first being a group interview, second a two on one. The final interview is with general manager. All questions are basically cultural and behavioral questions, really easy just be honest. You will be asked to pass a drug test and a background check as you will be working with children.

very quick and fast. only asked a few questions about experience and different scenarios. It was positive and very nice. Was asked about my schedule and how I prefer to work also.
The interview process was simple and very straight forward. There were a couple over the phone questions and answers and then an in person interview. The in person interview lasted at most 30 minutes.
