I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Life Time in Jul 2015
Interview
I had 3 Job Interviews: the first one was the easy one, talked about my motivation, my goals, my greatest archievement. Nothing really scary. The second one was a fitness assessment, one of their trainers played the role of a client, who wants is overweight and has knee and hip problems, I had to show what kind of exercises I would do with him. Third interview was with the general manager, all about their mission and vision, if I would sell a product even if I would not like the product.

Question 1
Would you work overtime if you know, that you didn´t hit your monthly goal?
Wonderful, straight to the point of they already can see you in the team, very friendly team, beautiful establishment and good work opportunity overall, just have to put in the work
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Life Time (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2025
Interview
Pretty direct. Practical questions and historical experience and how it would contribute to LifeTime. It was also more like a conversation rather than an interview. A very kind but direct conversation
Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.
