Interview
It was a group interview. They asked us to have memorize the mission and vision prior to coming in. We were asked to write it down as soon as we walked in. The manager seemed to be stressed, but maintained a smile the whole way through.

Question 1
No unexpected questions. They asked how we managed a healthy lifestyle outside of working out.
I had a very easy and straightforward conversation with the manager today. They asked me about my previous work experience, any specific experience I have with children, and whether I have any cleaning experience. The overall tone was pleasant and the questions were simple to answer.
I interviewed on zoom, the interviewer was kind and engaging but there was someone else getting interviewed at the same time and I was given no advance notice of this.

I submit my application online and heard back within a few days. I met with the Kids Academy manager and she asked about my background in childcare and explained more about the job duties. Easy interview.
