Interview
1st meeting is with the Personal Training Manager. 1st portion of the interview is a sit-down interview regarding experience, expertise, and scenario-based questions. 2nd part of 1st interview is typically a hands-on client based scenario to evaluate program design and ability to modify on the fly. 2nd interview is with the General Manager where he overviews questions that were asked in the first interview.
Multiple step interviews that include meeting in person for one on one, being observed doing a training sessions based on given factors, and meeting staff. Once accepted, there is a week long group training session to attend.

Interview
First interview went over pay structure, how sessions work, hours, how to obtain clients, how commission works with products and selling. Was super informative and transparent. I have my practical interview next week so will update how that goes.
