Interview
I first interviewed with my direct boss, the Operations Department head and went over the Golden Rule of Lifetime Fitness and PPCC (Pick up, Push in, Close, Clean up). I then returned to have a follow up interview with the Club General Manager which was similar to the one with my Department Head.

They asked me why I wanted to work at Lifetime Fitness, difficult situations I have dealt with and handled in the past and what my strengths and weaknesses were.

Interview
Two different interviews with the Operations manager and Facilities manager. Each of them were more intense than the actual job let on. Had to memorize the mission statement and repeat it 5 times between each interview.
