I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time
Interview
5 interviews. While it was long, it was very thorough
Started with a phone call, then two in-person interviews. One usual one with the department head and another practical where I had to train a trainer as well as go up to people working out and approach them on the floor with questions about their experience at Life Time.
Wonderful, straight to the point of they already can see you in the team, very friendly team, beautiful establishment and good work opportunity overall, just have to put in the work
Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If you were certified, through which organization (NASM, ACE, etc) and if you had any specializations.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Life Time (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2025
Interview
Pretty direct. Practical questions and historical experience and how it would contribute to LifeTime. It was also more like a conversation rather than an interview. A very kind but direct conversation
