It was smooth! You just got an email and scheduled an interview. The hr staff was excellent and they all had such an inviting and encouraging attitude. It is very apparent they care about the students they work for.

Face to face interview, they asked about my experience and strong points personally as well as weak points. They asked about my availability and where I would like to work. We discussed job duties and dress code.
