      Analyst Interview

      28 Mar 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Life.Church

      Interview

I submitted my application and within 1 or 2 weeks, someone reached out to me. The lady who did the phone screening was very friendly and the whole process was easy. She did mention it was important that I accept the rules the organization has set up, which basically means I tie my life to this org - I work here, I go to church here, I would be expected to do "volunteer work" whenever needed, and I would have to join a "hobby" group here, and I have to tithe 10% directly taken from my salary (the salary they offered was already very low). I thought it was extremely unethical - if someone is already doing church services, you don't force them to tithe, at the end of the day everybody needs to make a living, I'm not going here to devote my whole life and my spouse's life and salary so that he CEO can enjoy a rich man's life comfortably. I withdrew my application afterwards. Do your research, the founder is evil, he deflects all the questions and criticisms, he does not have his heart in Christ. Look up how rich he is, he runs this as a business! He and the church offer comfort to people and numb them instead of actually lead and guide people to the right direction.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Will you accept that you tie your life to the church and tithe 10% of your salary? Will you be willing to join the mandatory church groups activities and do volunteer work?
