Interview
The interview process was intense but in the best way possible. I'll echo what others have said here...I felt incredibly cared for and could see that the process was both in my best interest and to make sure that LifeChurch was the right fit for my family! I don't have any negative feedback about this process!
A lot of talking/discussion about strengths and weaknesses. Just a lot of talking! It was so important to know why you are passionate about what you are applying for, and this process was really great for me.

The staff was very good at greeting us and keeping us informed of every step coming up. They made sure to keep the energy up and provided refreshments to keep us charged. They also provided calming spaces to help us decompress between interviews.

It was a tough interview for sure. It’s not your average interview where you are asked general questions. The pastors interviewing you really want to get to know you and your heart so they will dig deep. You learn so much about yourself through the process though.

Interview
This interview process was the most sufficient, well structured, and encouraging interview process I have had the chance to participate in. It is a two day event with expenses paid. It included campus tours, dinner, and a day of interviewing. The process is dedicated to making sure both sides are suitable for one another and extremely honest in their expectations. They are also sincerely supportive during the process.
