I had two interviews. One with Head of department and another with Head of development.
Interview with head of department was the longer one. We started with small self-presentation, then I did some coding exercises of moderate difficulty and then we talked a lot about how things goes, how they should go. It was more a talk for understanding how you personally fit the company. Either you get a magic or you won't. So, be yourself and show what you care. Don't hesitate to ask questions and express your position.
Interview with Head of development was pretty common, but we talked about more general questions, more focused on business. It was shorter and felt more as a confirmation.
