Lied Center Intern - Hourly interview questions

I was hired over a phone interview. The questions were fairly standard and my materials were strong for this position. It took a while to hear back after applying and I didn't start right away, as it was a busy time for the department and my immediate supervisor. Keep in mind while applying that it may not be an urgent need for the person hiring, so they may wish to finish some projects first before bringing on a new person. Follow up is good but nothing excessive, as I have heard negative comments from management about applicants who keep emailing and calling to set something up.
