Phone interview was with the CFO and senior director of FE&A. CFO was very brief, in fact i recieed a phone call from Hr an hour before the call was supposed to take place saing that we would have to reschedule, but he calle me anyway. I suspect this was planned to try to catch me off guard. Questions were very deatiled and specific, about financial formulas and methods, designed to prove to him that i was capable of performing without assistance or training. the second cal was with the Director, he mentioned that the CFO really liked me and was planning on flying me down, so this would be short.(we talked for over an hour) this was a basic conversation just discussing hat i was looking for and what i wanted from a company. much more friendly than the first. I am flying down for a panel interview with seven people next week
