The interviewing process was one of the best I've experienced in the past 20 years. Application submitted on a Sunday afternoon. Email received the following Tuesday to set up a telephonic interview. Recruiting staff and interviewing manager very flexible with dates and times. Telephonic interview started with explanation of job role and what to expect after the initial interview. Following telephonic interview I was set up for onsite interview with hiring manager and executive officer within one week. I felt that both interviewers were honest, clearly explained the role, they described the culture at liberty as well as the current state and vision for future state of liberty. A 4th telephonic interview was arranged with another manager the following week. It was obvious that they were very vested in finding the best fit for their department and this position, not just looking for a "space safer/warmer" to do the work. ( Which means a great deal, when a potential employer invest time and effort in finding the "best" person for the position). Within one week after the last interview the hiring manager called with a offer. This process from start to finish was about 3 weeks.
