Describe how you handled an unhappy customer? Describe how you resolved the concerns of an unhappy customer? Describe how you prioritize multiple tasks?
Three total interviews. First is with HR to screen applicants and then 2 video calls with managers. Was offered job after first video call. Everyone was very nice and personable.
