Pretty straight forward interview. Met with one recruiter for a 30 minute interview. Followed by a 45 min job shadowing.Followed by a 30 minute writing sample(basically write an email given a certain situation). Ending with another one on one interview(30 mins). Overall just show that you are interested, smile, be enthusiastic, and always take notes if you can and ask questions at the end.

Not professionally dressed for occasion; though it was a virtual meeting, but, I always say, dress to impress even if I’m the one hiring. Not too enthusiastic about interviewing; too laid back. Will not interact.
