I saw an opportunity and contacted HR through LinkedIn. I opportunity I was looking for was senior level so after reviewing my profile HR told me they are looking for Credit Risk Analyst Intern which was not posted and I could be a good fit so we arranged an introductory call. After that, I give me a live python test and HR was available for whole time to answer any questions. The test was very basic (they just want to see if you know basics). After that, there was one more phone interview in which most of the question was based on resume. the whole process was very easy and FAST!
