I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Liberty Hill (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
I applied for one specific job - then they confused me for another applicant, and the interviewer guy was talking about another role and position - then had to re-interview me cause he got confused on who and what they were interviewing for.
The male head of HR or whatever at the time was sooooo rude. Attitude for days - didn't want to be there, was still confused on who was interviewing for what, was seething with hate and I don't get why. He talked badly about the organization and his co-workers. It was just weird experience. Get happy bro.

Question 1
Can you tell us, why do you like Liberty Hill Foundation?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Liberty Hill (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
I was referred to the position by a recruiter. There were four rounds of interviews. First with the HR rep, then a fishbowl interview with people from different departments within the org, next a meeting with the controller and CFO, and finally an interview with the CEO and CFO. I found out I didn't get an offer from the recruiter. I emailed the CEO, CFO, and controller thanking them for their time and none of them responded. After so many interviews this left a bad taste in my mouth.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Liberty Hill in Feb 2022
Interview
I applied for the position and heard back before the end of the day that they would like to schedule a phone interview. I was given a Calendly link to pick a time and I chose something for the following morning. The next day, about 10 minutes before the interview, my interviewer cancelled saying there had been a mistake and gave me a different Calendly link to schedule an interview with someone else. So I picked a time for later that afternoon. The time came for my interview and I don't receive any calls. Ten minutes into the 15-minute interview I was supposed to be having, the person finally emails me to ask, and this is a direct quote "I see that we have a meeting scheduled at this time, but I am unsure of the nature of the event? Have you applied for a position with Liberty Hill?"
At this point I'm extremely frustrated because this was the second time in one day that I've been stood up by this company. Still, I try to remain calm and reply to my interviewer explaining what has happened thus far. Thirty minutes go by when I finally get a reply that says, again a direct quote, "My apologies. We filled the position earlier today. Please check back often for other career opportunities with Liberty Hill. We appreciate your interest."
So clearly they already had another candidate that they were set on hiring yet they contacted me and wasted my time not just in waiting around for my interviews but also in preparation for it. This was extremely unprofessional and disheartening because I really did believe in their work but there's clearly dysfunction and disorganization within the organization.
