I interviewed at Liaison Group (Worcester, England)
Interview
The interview process was one I enjoyed and absolutely cherished. It felt more like a conversation than an interview which meant I didn't feel all the jitters that come with interview processes which was a first for me

Question 1
How have you used AI to streamline or improve a process?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Liaison Group in Mar 2025
Interview
I was approached by a recruiter and an interview was set up with two heads of department. This interview included a presentation answering set questions. The interview went well and I received positive feedback.
A second interview was scheduled for over 2 weeks later. I was told this was due to diary commitments. The day before my interview, the recruiter got in touch to cancel my interview with the feedback they had offered the job to someone else so no longer needed to interview me. The company didn't even cancel the interview formally until a week after it was scheduled.
I felt that if I was such a bad fit they didn't even want to give me a second interview, why give for a first interview or schedule another leaving me waiting for 2 weeks?
Overall, it was a negative experience and gave me a really bad impression of the company. It was very unprofessional.

Interview
I undertook a four-stage interview process, which was positive in that it gave me a good overview of the company I was joining and what was expected, but the process was a little slow as a result.
