Li-Cycle interview questions

The interview process was pretty standard, with one interview with the HR recruiter and one with my prospective boss. The HR recruiter asked standard behavior questions, such as how I worked through a challenge and times I’ve demonstrated teamwork. In the second interview, my prospective boss asked to see a portfolio of my engineering reports, which I provided. He also explained the company’s chemical process in greater detail.

Fairly straightforward. Applied online and received an email from HR to schedule a Screening interview. This was followed by two interviews with the operations team. I did not receive an offer or a formal rejection, probably because hiring was halted due the financial issues the company was facing.
