I recieved a text from their HR Recruiter to set up the interview. She then sent me an email entailing who i would be interviewing with and to wear steel-toe boots. I show up, sign in, and wait a few minutes for the manager to let me in. I had to watch a plant safety video and fill out a sheet to say I understood the video. Then the interview started with the manager and the laborer manager. They asked basic questions like tell me about yourself, what I consider to be long working hours, if I had experience with outdoor work, how do I manage a disagreement/conflict with a coworker, and why I wanted to work for LHoist. They described the job to me which would be basically shoveling rocks and debris and general cleaning to ensure safety. I was then given PPE and given an hour long tour around the plant having to climb about 20 sets of stairs. Afterwards, the manager took my PPE and told me I would be contacted in the next 1-2 days. I never heard anything, so I reached out to the HR Recruiter about a week after the interview and still have recieved no communication. Very disappointed in the professionalism in that regard.
