Entrevista con personal extranjero el cual a través de sus preguntas queria validar habilidades blandas para el puesto pero no considero que fueran las adecuadas para lo que buscaba. No fue claro en determinar el objetivo ni profundizar en lo necesario para validar lo que queria confirmar.
