I had an initial phone call which went fine, and was told I would receive a take-home task later that day. I didn't receive the task until two weeks later, yet I still completed and returned it the very same day. I received a "Thanks" a week later, but nothing else. I chased up two weeks after that, and the recruiter promised to come back to me that week. Another week passed, I asked for an update, and I have still not received a reply. A complete waste of time.
