      Interview

The application process include a 27 essay questionnaire that requires very detailed and comprehensive responses. This seems like more of a phishing operation to get CS industry experts to detail their entire tech stack, upsell and retention programs, and give this company guidance for free. DO NOT bother with any company that forces you to explicitly describe all aspects of your industry knowledge with a 27 essay application. STAY AWAY FROM LEXIPOL

      Interview

after considerable back and forth, and being required to take an assessment, i had a discussion with their Senior Recruiter. It was an absolutely underwhelming experience and not only did he not sell the value proposition of joining the firm, there were robotic templatized questions that were repetitive. I decided to not pursue my candidacy further as if that is experience in underwhelming I can only imagine what it would be like to work there!
