The interview process was very casual and pleasant. I did one screening interview with the HR manager and a head of the litigation department. After, they invited me to an in-person interview with the head of the division in which I would be working and the HR manager.
I did not find the interview process to be particularly useful or efficient, however, as this firm ultimately rejected me for this position based on my lack of resume experience (which was discernible from my initial application.) In the future, this firm should consider the time and expense it takes for candidates in the interview process, and only contact those candidates whom they genuinely believe are qualified for the open positions.
