Each meeting a new member & operation within the lead team.
I had a small walk through of the site and met during quieter periods.

Very relaxed approach all interviews were conversational and were chances for me to get to know the role, discuss my suitability for the job and experiences that brought me to applying. The final interview was with the person who'd become your line manager or department head.
