I applied online. I interviewed at LevelTen Energy (Seattle, WA)
Interview
The process was relatively quick and not super clear on timing but not the worst overall. The hiring manager was great to talk to and the recruiter was helpful throughout. There was an excel take home which was not very long.
I ended up ultimately not getting the role because I was too qualified and possibly a flight risk so that was disappointing. Would've probably saved everyone time decide that before spending time on the whole process
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at LevelTen Energy (Seattle, WA)
Interview
The interview process was very long, I had about 6 different interviews. After getting the position and meeting my colleagues it became clear they really vet folks who will fit into the mission, culture and values.
