Got sent a request to submit a video interview on the Thursday morning, it was due on the Monday morning. Super annoying as I was going away that weekend and still working.
Video show you the question for 30 seconds and then they record you for one minute with your answer. My questions were:
Why are you a good candidate for this role?
Tell us about a time that you ran a campaign and what were the results beyond email open rate?
How would you approach working with multiple stakeholders when you start a new role?
What are your salary expectations?
I chased them twice for a response and they never replied.
Worse, I’ve heard rumours of hiring managers showing the videos people make to their partners to make fun of them.
Just disgraceful.

Pretty straight forward, similar to any other product roles:
1. Started with a phone interview for screening
2. In person interview with hiring manager
3. In person interview with Lead Designer and another Product person
4. Offer

I interviewed at Les Mills International (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Had what I thought was a great informational interview. They said I would hear back within a week or two. It's been months of radio silence. I have given up with following up because who wants to work somewhere where they ghost someone after one phone interview.
