Telephone followed by face to face. Role was offered but I was messed around by the company and their HR team, leading to failure to sign contracts as the offer was sent out password protected without provision of the password. HR blamed the recruiter, the recruiter blamed HR and the hiring manager. Appalling behaviour, to be messing around a senior level manager.
