Advise to potential applicants:
There are much better companies out there who pay you much more and value you for your skillset. Lots of startups with amazing opportunities and work culture.
Don't give in just to be associated with the name Lenskart.
HR was very rude and asked questions which aren't generally asked. Felt like bullying
She was telling me to ignore my offer in hand and they will just pay me 50k extra hike on my annual pay on my current ctc that too when I said I will have to relocate from my work from home job to Gurgaon and I will only get the interview if I agree to get underpaid
HR was also trying to invalidate my experience and was keen on why I am switching and wanted me to join just because of the company name "LensKart"
Didn't even try to understand my skillset and professional experience
I passed on the opportunity as the company and culture didn't feel welcoming enough
Glassdoor and other sites our filled with similar experiences of disaster experiences with HR team

Question 1
Will you be willing to work in your current CTC with 50k annual hike that too with relocation ?
Total 4 round happens. First is Problem solving, second is pure javascript/react.js machine coding round and third round is techno managerial round happens after that they have the HR round for the salary negotitations and other things

Firstly two easy to medium DSA questions majorily based upon string and arrays. Then second round most probably machine coding round

1. First Tech round:- Everything is fine here as the interviewer was not from lenskart but some other agency.
It was basic js,html,css,react questions.
2. Second round was taken by tech ( they do not respect candidates time, the first time it was rescheduled after 30 minutes due to unknown circumstances, the second time the person was late by 15 minutes) architect from lenskart. They match your answers with google and don't know anything about the concept. Its a wastage of time to interview with him.
