In person interview asking about my background and how I what my approach to customer service. Asked about my schedule and availability. Asked my current coursework in optical theory and lab skills.
Interview was about 15-20 minutes long and was a smooth process. We discussed the role and expectations along with my previous work history and skill sets. We were also able to discuss working conditions and schedule requirements

You receive an email to make your appointment. After you set up your appointment you go for the interview. The lady who interviewed me was very nice. Basic questions were asked.
