I applied for the position in person. After submitting my application I was called in for an interview. I was interviewed by the assistant manager first. Once I passed the first interview, I was then interviewed by the general manager. Process took 1-2 weeks. In addition, there is a test you must take online (testing your work ethics) and drug test.

Interview
The interview process was very easy. I only had one interview with the store manager and a key holder. I heard back relatively quickly afterwards, they called to confirm salary and interested then I received an offer.
Simple interview. They want to know about you, your experience and what makes you want to work there and why you would be a good choice to work for there company.

Interview
After scheduling the actual interview day, the interview process took about 30 minutes to complete. It consisted of going over employment history and why I wanted to join the company. They also went over hours of availability.
