The interview process took 2 weeks. However, what was most disappointing was the lack of communication from the recruiter after the interview. While not every applicant will make it through, a simple email acknowledging the outcome or offering feedback would have been appreciated. I understand that recruiters are busy, but it’s essential to treat candidates with basic courtesy, even after a rejection. This lack of follow-through left me with a negative impression of the company and its recruitment process.
