Screen call with recruiter, then 30 min vc with hiring manager. Asked about familiarity with their current tech stack. Didn’t ask any really deep or probing questions regarding experience or why I’d want to work there, just more check the box kind of questions. I would also have to be relocated for the role which seemed like a barrier to moving further along in the process.
