Interview
The interview was very cordial and pleasant. There wasn't any difficult questions other than the usual interview questions about previous work experience. Both interviewers described their experiences with the company and disclosed the types of challenges that they were facing with their teams. They also disclosed the team's overall experience and what the position requires from the applicant.
Multiple, straight forward questions that you get in most interviews. As long as you are prepared you will do just fine. Come confident, honest and looking for the opportunity if offered
Three rounds of mainly behavioral questions that focus on hypothetical situations. Happened at the beginning of Covid so the process might be different now. I would say the process was simple and precise.
