Interview
They approached me and brought me in for 3.5 hours of on-site interviews which all went well. A few days later I got an email saying they wanted to move forward with bringing me on board as a contractor. Then two weeks went by and I heard no communications from the company. Finally, they sent a bland message saying they were not moving forward with my candidacy.

Was given a technical challenge to complete - create an api that would service a provided front-end. Additionally, had an on-site consisting of four people, 3 technical and 1 product. Reviewed architecture, simple algorithms etc.

Phone screen, followed by 2 in-person interviews, broken into 30-minute sections each with CEO, CTO, Head of Mortgage, Product Manager, & Team Lead, followed by an offer. Process was about 3 weeks from introduction to offer.
