I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lemon.io in Apr 2026
Interview
Lemon.io’s interview process includes some theoretical multiple-choice technical questions in the HR stage. I understand they want to check basic knowledge, but this kind of question mostly tests memorization.
In my opinion, knowing exact definitions doesn’t always make someone a better developer. Real work is more about solving problems and applying knowledge in practice.
It could be more useful to include simple, practical, or real-life questions instead.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Lemon.io in Dec 2025
Interview
It has an initial interview with recruiter and at some point you have to answer some technical questions.
After that I had two more technicla interviews for different tehcnologies.
The first one covers System Design, a lot of in-depth questions. The second one also has a lot of questions and a final live coding. But in both interviews it was smooth, like a real conversation. When you didn't know the answer, the interviewer helps you and explain the subject.
