I interviewed for the Social Media Coordinator role and had a positive 50-minute conversation, even though it was originally scheduled for 30 minutes. I was told I would receive an update within 5 business days.
Unfortunately, despite sending two polite follow-up emails, I never received a response or closure. I understand teams can be busy, but communication is a basic expectation during the interview process.
This experience felt unprofessional and disappointing given the strong interview. Candidates deserve respectful follow-up, especially after investing time and preparing extensively.
