Interview
I was contacted directly by the hiring manager. They had found my resume via the online system that I had submitted for another job months before. I met with the hiring manager as well as a few team members at the customer site. While I was driving home I received a call back for a second interview where I met the customer and was given a verbal offer. I received an offer letter two days later via FedEx.

Interview
Filled out some questions sent by recruiter, had a panel interview, did a coding challenge, met up with a team member in a different city and had a nice talk. I was told I was the top applicant, but then was completely ghosted and never heard from anybody ever a again. Extremely disheartening and feel like I just wasted my time and hope.
