Initial interview was a screening call with the department VP. Lasted for approximately 30 minutes, The introductions were cordial and friendly, the questions asked of me were respectful and relevant to the position, the responsibilities of the position were thoroughly described, and there was ample time for follow-up questions for me to ask at the end of the call.
