The company quickly moved from application to interview scheduling for their role. Their mission to improve mental healthcare access is compelling, and they clearly communicated the role requirements via email.
However, my experience with the interview process raised serious concerns. The interviewer scheduled a 20-minute interview but arrived 15 minutes late with a slight acknowledgment beyond a brief email. Being late by nearly the exact amount of time scheduled for the interview effectively eliminated any possibility of meaningful discussion, as I was unaware of how long we would be able to talk about my experience or potential contributions to the company.
