2 rounds only. 1st on the phone with the hiring manager who is very biased on programming languages, but was convinced about my tech skills and knowledge. The feedback was good. 2nd with 4 gentlemen as well as with that manager. 2 of them are technically, a white boarding on paper, simply and friendly. They also told me the new product has not been 100% reviewed, everything has been really slow. They said I should start working on a separat project. After all this time lost, I get the "Bad News" from the recruiter telling me that they decided to "pass". Time-Wasters! We should develop an ethical code so that we get paid for this wasted time.
